Jennifer Newman brings up-to-the-minute ideas and a depth of experience in residential brokerage services to her company. Her enthusiasm and vision has quickly helped establish her company as a strong player in luxury home and condominium sales. Jennifer and her Sales team have a unique style of selling real estate.

As a licensed real estate broker, Jennifer thrives on building strategic alliances that allow her to apply her expertise in the high end market. Through relationships with South Florida custom home builders that she has developed over the years, Jennifer has worked with buyers and sellers of multi-million dollar properties in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Her sales records of $30,000,000 over just the past two years prove out her philosophy of providing excellent customer service, asking a lot of questions, and never giving up.

Jennifer's reputation in the home sales industry has not gone unnoticed. This year she was featured in Florida Realtor magazine in a profile article entitled "How to Sell to Celebrity Clientele," and was featured with Tom Prakas on the cover of the Society Monday section of the Boca Raton News. Jennifer was also interviewed on the FOX News Channel about how the Florida hurricanes of 2004 affected the real estate market.

Jennifer knows how to market the appeal of Florida's attractions, waterways and culture to prospective homeowners. Luxury customers deserve luxury treatment, and Jennifer has a sure talent for providing undivided attention and service. With that extra touch in mind, she also established a relationship with Robb & Stucky in Boca Raton, an upscale furniture and design studio, to provide gift certificates to buyers or sellers of homes $500,000 and up who list with the firm.

A Florida native who now makes her home in Parkland, Jennifer attended Broward County College and Florida Atlantic University. Professionally, Jennifer is a member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, of Regional M.L.S., and of the International Business Council for Realtors. She also believes in giving back to the community, and serves on committees with the American Cancer Society of Palm Beach, "Athletes for Cause", American Heart Association of Boca Raton; she is the Chair Auction person for 2005 for the American Heart Association of Broward County and is involved with the Tri-County Humane Society.
